I’m ashamed to admit that I didn’t know what happened to Czechoslovakia, who is Vaclav Havel, or where absinth was invented until I started living in Prague! I moved here last November, and slotted right in with the team at Partnership. After hours, I’m involved in developing the English language theatre culture in Prague, and I teach the Meisner acting technique at The Prague Playhouse.
I’ve been fortunate over the years to work with some of the best filmmakers of our time. Alex Proyas on Dark City, the Wachowski brothers on The Matrix, Baz Luhrmann on Moulin Rouge!, and Spike Jonze on Where the Wild Things Are.
